Overview

Wargaming is looking for a Game Designer to shape the core battle experience of our flagship mobile shooter, World of Tanks Blitz! You’ll work closely with Product Owners, UX designers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to design engaging combat mechanics and game modes that keep players coming back. In Short

• Design and refine core battle mechanics, systems, and game modes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, prototype, and implement features.
• Create clear, actionable design documentation, mock-ups, and wireframes.
• Analyze player data and feedback to inform gameplay decisions.
• Ensure the combat experience is engaging, balanced, and fun for all player types.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer (shooters or midcore games preferred).
• Proven ability to design battle mechanics and game modes.
• Strong documentation, visualization, and communication skills.
• Solid mathematical and analytical skills to support gameplay tuning.
• Passion for games and deep understanding of combat-focused gameplay.
