Overview

The Head of Real Estate will lead the strategy, execution, and management of Wahed’s residential real estate investments across the United States, United Kingdom, and Malaysia, requiring a seasoned professional with deep expertise in real estate and investment management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 6-10 years of experience in residential real estate investment.
• CFA charterholder or CAIA designation is highly desirable.
• Experience in fund management and risk management.
• Understanding of residential real estate markets in the US and/or UK.
• Strong analytical skills for investment assessment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with Shariah-compliant investing principles is a plus.
