Events Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and creative Events Coordinator to help us bring the VTEX brand to life across diverse marketing and branded events in North America. This role is critical in executing small and large-scale events that serve our two key ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles): B2B/Industrial and Omnichannel + Grocery. You will play a transversal role, supporting the GTM (go-to-market) efforts across both verticals, while also bringing fresh ideas that resonate with our audience, drive engagement, and generate pipeline opportunities.

In Short

• Plan and execute branded and third-party events, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Align event strategy across both ICPs—B2B/Industrial and Omnichannel + Grocery.
• Own booth design, sponsorship packages, and on-site coordination for third-party events.
• Bring creative thinking to VTEX-hosted activations such as roundtables and customer showcases.
• Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and leadership to tailor events.
• Be proactive in suggesting new formats and opportunities.
• Ensure cost-effective execution, negotiating with vendors.
• Track KPIs and ROI per event, gather feedback, and optimize future execution.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in event planning, field marketing, or experiential marketing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and marketing funnel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative thinker who’s not afraid to take risks.
• Experience coordinating with sales and marketing teams across geographies.
