Voodoo is seeking a User Acquisition Manager to drive user acquisition strategies for its portfolio of mobile games and apps, leveraging creativity and expertise to enhance product visibility and performance.

In Short

Plan and manage user acquisition campaigns for various games and apps.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROAS.
Collaborate with Product and Creative teams for coordinated efforts.
Utilize internal growth tools and work with Tech team for improvements.
Share best practices and deepen UA expertise across teams.
Lead projects and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

Experience in performance marketing and paid acquisition in gaming.
Successful track record with ROAS strategies for mobile apps.
Familiarity with user acquisition platforms and MMPs.
Knowledge of experimentation methodologies.
Experience with influencer marketing and ASO.
Innovative mindset with organic/viral tactics.
Fluency in English.
Desire to work in a candid and responsible environment.
