Overview

Volley is seeking a high-energy, self-starting Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is focused on identifying, contacting, and closing new leads across the racquet sports landscape.

In Short

• Actively prospect with team and connect with individual customers and facilities.
• Manage a fast-paced pipeline of leads from first contact to close.
• Conduct product demos and communicate value propositions clearly.
• Gather and relay market feedback to help evolve messaging and product positioning.
• 2–4 years of experience in direct sales, inside sales, or business development.
• Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead conversion.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with racquet sports is highly preferred.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and sales productivity tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
