In Short

• Contribute time to building out 3D art assets for the game.
• Manage art-team workloads and ensure timely delivery of art assets.
• Lead and mentor a small team of artists.
• Oversee the game’s style and art direction.
• Supervise both 2D and 3D artists.
• Develop and maintain art-production pipelines.
• Review and provide feedback on team’s work.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of asset performance metrics on the Roblox platform.
• High proficiency in Roblox Studio.
• 1-3 years of experience in a professional studio environment.
• Highly organized and process-oriented.
