• Create 3D items for players to purchase to customize their avatars.
• Work with the art lead on artistic challenges and ensure timely delivery of art assets.
• Use creativity to add value to asset requests.
• Execute against NFL Universe's game style and art direction.
• Follow defined art-production pipelines for efficient asset creation.
• Collaborate effectively with the art lead to meet quality standards.

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of work experience in a creative field.
• Strong understanding of technical optimization best practices in Roblox Studio.
• Appreciation for male fashion and UGC items on Roblox.
• Portfolio of high-quality UGC items on Roblox.
• Ability to creatively enhance assets.
• Ability to work full-time (40+ hours per week).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
