• Paid Media Management: You plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, and Amazon or work directly with our agencies.
• Testing & Scaling: You develop creatives with the content team, test target groups, and optimize budgets.
• KPIs in Focus: ROAS, CAC, CLV are not just abbreviations for you, but daily tools.
• Funnel Thinking: You build smart customer journeys from awareness to retention.
• Analytics & Attribution: You work data-driven with GA4, Tag Manager & Co. and know where every euro of revenue comes from.
• Evaluations: You are capable of generating granular evaluations, preferably in Power BI.
• Close Collaboration: You are the interface to content, social, and CRM.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing (E-Commerce, D2C or agency).
• Solid knowledge in Google Ads, Meta Ads (TikTok nice to have).
• Experience with Amazon Advertising is a plus.
• Analytically strong, data-driven, and also creative enough to shape ads.
• Proficient in using tracking tools, GA4, Tag Manager.
• Hands-on: You get involved instead of just delegating.
