Requirements

• Experience with TCP/IP protocols and troubleshooting.
• Ability to provide VoIP and VPN support.
• Experience in programming and scripting.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team and cross-train members.
• Experience supporting end users in a criminal justice setting.
