Overview

VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Per Diem Endocrinologist who speaks Haitian Creole to provide diabetes management programs in the New Jersey area through telemedicine.

• Provide diabetes management programs to patients.

• 3-5 years of work experience post-graduation.
• Current NJ license required.
