Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in managing and operating Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience in development and/or project management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Implement and manage Marketing Cloud campaigns. Design and plan digital strategies in the Salesforce environment.
• Understanding of business flows with other clouds like Sales, Service, and valuable Commerce.
• Ability to analyze the integrations surrounding a Salesforce system.
• Organizational and prioritization skills for backlog tasks and communication between clients and technical area.
• Desirable certification in E-mail Specialist and/or Marketing Cloud Administrator, Consultant, Developer knowledge of CRM, and English level B2.
