Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in managing and utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience in developing and/or managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects.
• Implement and manage Marketing Cloud campaigns; design and plan digital strategies within Salesforce.
• Understanding of business flows with other clouds like Sales, Service, and Commerce.
• Analytical skills regarding integrations surrounding a Salesforce system.
• Ability to organize and prioritize task backlogs and communicate between clients and technical areas.
• Desirable certifications in E-mail Specialist and/or Marketing Cloud Administrator, Consultant, Developer, CRM knowledge, and English level B2.
