Technical Writer - Remote

Overview

As a Technical Writer on the Customer and Developer Experience team, you will collaborate with experts across the company to produce developer guides, API reference documentation, and other educational materials that help developers get the most out of the Pismo platform.

In Short

• Write clear and concise documentation for external developers.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers for technical reviews.
• Edit and verify existing developer guides for accuracy.
• Work with design teams to create user experience content.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing.
• Bachelor’s degree in technical writing or related field.
• Ability to write effective technical content for developers.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and OpenAPI standards.
• Familiarity with JSON and Postman.
• Proficiency with authoring and CMS tools.
• Strong communication skills with remote teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Understanding of technical writing standards.
