The Senior Director, Debit & Prepaid Card Products will lead initiatives to enhance Visa's debit and prepaid offerings globally, ensuring operational efficiency and driving innovation in the payments industry.

Requirements

• 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years with an Advanced Degree.
• 15+ years of experience in the payments industry preferred.
• Experience in product management and strategy.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven experience in P&L ownership.
• Understanding of payment technology and innovation.
• Excellent leadership skills for managing local and remote teams.
• Sound business acumen and understanding of consumer behavior.
• Experience in financial services or fintech is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
