Overview

The Visa Consulting Manager will provide consulting support and projects to Visa's key clients in CISSSE, with a focus on enhancing the performance of card portfolios through comprehensive management strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in card portfolio management or CRM.
• Proficient in card portfolio performance analysis and strategy development.
• Experience with marketing automation tools.
• Advanced analytical skills and data manipulation proficiency.
• Management consulting experience in retail banking/payments is desirable.
• Excellent client contact and presentation skills.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required; master’s preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work on client sites.
