In Short

• Virtual Service Operations is searching for an experienced Palo Alto Engineer.
• This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days per week on-site.
• You will provide guidance and technical support to clients deploying security integrations.
• Act as a technical partner, providing strategic guidance around complex systems.
• Work full-time to support the end client in a hybrid work environment.
• Communicate with customers, sales teams, and engineering teams.
• Configure, implement, and maintain Security Operating Platform.
• Optimize and migrate policies and objects to Next-Gen Firewall.
• Facilitate the development of new application and threat signatures.
• Some travel may be required based on customer requests.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience deploying Palo Alto networking products.
• 4+ years of management experience leading network security engineers.
• High level of experience with Panorama and log collectors.
• BS in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent education/training.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with network/security solutions.
• Detailed technical experience in installation and configuration of firewalls.
• Possess industry certifications: CISSP, CCNA, JNCIE-SEC.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
