Virtual Operations Associate - Remote

Overview

Viral Coach is seeking a talented, detail-oriented Virtual Operations Associate to help execute a variety of vital tasks managing client data, databases, and other operational resources.

In Short

• Complete data entry tasks and database updates in a timely manner
• Perform internet research to locate social media profiles for data entry
• Communicate progress and escalate issues to appropriate team members
• Maintain good working knowledge of data management best practices
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms
• Handle large data sets and make logical connections between data points
• Support special projects and other operational tasks as assigned
• Maintain speed and clarity in communication (primarily via Slack)
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with openness to change

Requirements

• 2+ years in administrative, operations, or data management roles
• Strong competence in Google Sheets and/or Excel; familiarity with Airtable preferred
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; fast and clear communicator via Slack
• Data cleaning, formatting, and organization
• Basic understanding of formulas, filters, and lookups
• Comfort handling large datasets
• Able to work remotely with at least 50% overlap with PST hours
• Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver
• Process-driven with curiosity for continuous improvement

Benefits

• Rate: $4–8 USD per hour depending on location and experience
