Influencer Marketing Specialist - Remote

We’re now looking for a part-time Influencer Marketing Specialist (ideally 15–25 hours/week) to join Laura’s team and help us scale our influencer and affiliate partnerships across the US.

In Short

• Sourcing new influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors to partner with
• Building authentic, long-term relationships with creators
• Reviewing content and performance metrics
• Coordinating product gifting and promotions
• Tracking campaign results and identifying improvement opportunities
• Contributing to campaign ideas and influencer strategies
• Assisting with event planning and activations (occasionally)

Requirements

• A people person – strong communicator and relationship builder
• Passionate about social media, influencer culture, and digital trends
• Organized, adaptable, and comfortable with tools like Google Sheets
• Creative and proactive – you like bringing fresh ideas to the table
• Detail-oriented and reliable – you follow through
• Recent marketing graduate or early in your career (internships and part-time experience count!)
