• Own and elevate the core user experience for the vidIQ browser extension, impacting 900,000 daily active creators.
• Lead the modernization of our frontend by refactoring key features from JavaScript to TypeScript.
• Identify and architect solutions for performance bottlenecks and architectural weaknesses.
• Improve product durability by testing workflows and taking ownership of the code.
• Review and test code from other engineers, providing helpful suggestions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience leading projects from concept to completion.
• Desire to solve problems proactively.
• Desire to improve product quality and codebases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence with TypeScript, Vite, React, Next, Tailwind, and AI tools.
