Project Coordinator - Field - Remote

Overview

As part of the Java Group, Victor Energy’s staff have over 50 years of experience building some of Canada’s largest electrical infrastructure projects. We are seeking a Project Coordinator to provide collaborative support for our project execution team.

In Short

• Support the Project Manager by interfacing with team members to deliver assigned projects.
• Monitor project progress and create status reports for stakeholders.
• Track project milestones to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Schedule meetings and facilitate communication throughout the project life cycle.
• Manage project-related inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and tasks.
• Prepare reports and track project costs including change requests.
• Maintain and monitor risk registers and gather updates.
• Maintain project documents as directed by the project manager.
• Promote a culture of health, safety, and environmental protection.
