Servicenow Software Architect - Remote

Overview

The consultant will act as a Software Architect responsible for planning and development of enhancements on the CUNY ITSM domain separated instances.

In Short

• Act as a Software Architect for CUNY ITSM domain.
• Work closely with stakeholders including Service Desk and business owners.
• Design and implement a high quality ServiceNow implementation.
• Create additional catalog items and manage minor enhancements.
• Analyze and test the environment for upgrades.
• Research best practices for using ServiceNow tools.
• Develop and configure ServiceNow for new catalog items and workflows.
• Enhance integrations with other CUNY systems.
• Estimate story level of effort and monitor developer’s work.
• Own overall quality and delivery of development.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience with ITSM.
• 60 months experience as a ServiceNow system administrator.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
