The Call Center Advisor 1 - Tier 1 position at Vetsource provides first-tier customer support for inbound calls, helping pet healthcare professionals and pet owners with various inquiries. This role is critical in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or G.E.D.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with business applications and software.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills.
  • Ability to work rotating Saturdays.
  • Reliable internet access for remote work.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
  • Experience in veterinary or animal-related fields preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
