Overview

The Data & Insight Analyst II will serve as a bridge between raw operational data and strategic action, delivering high-impact dashboards and analytical insights that drive performance and support quality outcomes.

In Short

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for operational performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with teams to define KPIs and performance indicators.
• Transform and model data in the data warehouse.
• Analyze productivity, system usage, and workflow metrics.
• Support ad hoc operational data requests.
• Recommend revisions of standard operating procedures and compliance processes.
• Define and monitor compliance metrics.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve performance and quality outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Strong Power BI expertise and data modeling experience.
• Experience with operational metrics and workflows.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Familiarity with compliance reporting and SOP development.
• Preferred certifications in data analysis and Lean Six Sigma.
