ServiceNow Project Management Implementation Manager (Contract) - Remote

Overview

The ServiceNow PPM / SPM Implementation Consultant is responsible for assisting with the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow’s Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) capabilities.

In Short

• Act as a trusted partner to PMO stakeholders and DTE teams.
• Understand business strategy and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead the functional design and implementation of ServiceNow modules.
• Develop and maintain lifecycle plans for SPM / PPM capabilities.
• Manage relationships with implementation partners and internal teams.
• Support data migration from legacy tools into ServiceNow.

Requirements

• Strong functional expertise in ServiceNow SPM / PPM capabilities.
• Understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Agile.
• Ability to build productive partnerships with stakeholders.
• Experience translating complex business needs into scalable configurations.
• Results-oriented contributor with a track record of delivering large initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage workload independently in a team environment.
