Implementation & Project Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Implementation and Project Manager, you will support GLAM institutions in sharing and preserving their digital collections through a cloud-hosted repository platform, requiring hands-on technical configuration skills combined with project management and customer success capabilities.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end client implementations of a digital repository platform.
• Configure and deploy repository instances according to client specifications.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience implementing and configuring SaaS or CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of digital collections development in GLAM institutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with project management tools and support ticketing systems.
• Outstanding collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technical skills on the job.
• Technical proficiency in using site admin interfaces.
• Experience with Drupal CMS is highly desired.
• Ability to troubleshoot configuration issues effectively.
