ABA Scheduling Coordinator - Remote

Overview

With locations in San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, and Contra Costa Counties, Verbal Behavior Associates (VBA) partners with 20+ school districts to provide ABA therapy. We're continually expanding as the need for language services grows.

In Short

• Ensure clients are scheduled with the appropriate therapist and at the correct location.
• Enter client and staff availability within our scheduling software platform.
• Provide schedule updates with families and staff as needed.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding client benefits.
• Evaluate current and future staffing needs.
• Track and report on critical department metrics.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Play an essential role in helping kids with autism receive life-changing therapy services.

Requirements

• 2+ years of scheduling experience (ABA scheduling is highly desired).
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
• Availability to work an 8-hour time period between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST.
• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination is required.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
