Technical Specialist - Remote Monitoring

Overview

The Technical Specialist will provide technical expertise for Veolia's remote monitoring platform, InSight, focusing on data acquisition and monitoring of water treatment technologies.

In Short

• Implement standardized solutions for remote monitoring.
• Collaborate with process analysts and field service representatives.
• Create new remote monitoring accounts in the InSight platform.
• Support existing account upgrades and standardization.
• Manage hardware obsolescence and replacement programs.
• Maintain documentation for InSight hardware and software.
• Provide troubleshooting support to ensure data connectivity.
• Train field teams on installation and operations.
• Work in a collaborative, agile environment.
• Travel up to one week a month.

Requirements

• 2 Year degree or technical certificate.
• 2-3 years’ experience with controls and instrumentation.
• Experience with Allen Bradley and Emerson programming.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
• RO and UF process experience.
• Certifications in Allen Bradley or Emerson programming preferred.
