In Short

• Advise and assist operational and functional departments on environmental legal issues.
• Draft, validate, and negotiate various private contracts in French and English.
• Manage pre-litigation and litigation matters with the group's lawyers.
• Ensure legal and regulatory monitoring and compliance.
• Participate in group legal monitoring and lead information/training meetings.

Requirements

• Master's degree in environmental law or private law.
• At least 10 years of experience in a legal department of an industrial company or law firm.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of contract law and urban planning law.
• English proficiency (B2 minimum) for contract drafting and negotiation.
