In Short

• You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling our influencer community (mainly on Instagram & TikTok).
• You scout suitable creators, negotiate collaborations, and manage campaigns from A to Z.
• You develop concepts for creative collaborations, launches, and ambassador programs.
• You analyze performance data and derive measures for optimization.
• You are the face behind our creator experience – from first contact to long-term partnership.

Requirements

• You have experience in influencer marketing, ideally in the fashion/e-commerce environment.
• You know the creator landscape, recognize potential, and know how to build real relationships.
• You have a sense for trends, storytelling, and brand aesthetics.
• You work in a structured way, independently, and love to get things rolling.
• You are a true team player with a hands-on mentality and drive.
