Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our global Legal team. This role will support the drafting, review, and management of commercial contracts, corporate management, and related legal documentation across multiple jurisdictions.

In Short

• Manage and triage the Legal inbox, ensuring timely routing of requests.
• Assess incoming requests to determine Legal review necessity.
• Coordinate contract intake and review process.
• Serve as the primary contact for contract status updates.
• Track workflow metrics and identify process gaps.
• Support drafting and administration of commercial agreements.
• Maintain and update contract templates and trackers.
• Monitor contract lifecycles for renewals and expirations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for approvals and documentation.
• Conduct preliminary reviews of compliance terms under supervision.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in contract management and legal documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management systems is a plus.
