Overview

The Senior Discovery Consultant is responsible for extensive Discovery and Consultation on multi-faceted financial institution projects to ensure smooth project requests and comprehensive roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Ten years of experience in payment processing required.
• Expert knowledge of payment card products required.
• Experience in project management and business analysis required.
• Consulting experience preferred.
• Training in Six Sigma and project management methodologies preferred.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous project requests.
• Strong executive presence and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment.
