• Lead strategic planning and execution of the company’s first launch of VAX-31.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities from late-stage development through market entry.
• Ensure readiness across supply chain, regulatory, medical affairs, and commercial operations.
• Define launch strategies and manage timelines.
• Mitigate risks and drive alignment among stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional launch meetings and track milestones.
• Drive post-launch performance tracking.
• Champion best practices in pharmaceutical launch project management.

Requirements

• BA/BS in life sciences, engineering, or business; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry with 5+ years in launch project management.
• Proven track record of leading successful product launches.
• Strong understanding of regulatory pathways and supply chain logistics.
• Demonstrated strategic leadership and organizational skills.
• Expert knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
