Parsons is seeking a Procurement Engineer to manage procurement activities for Airfield Assets, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client objectives.

• Perform day-to-day procurement activities for Airfield Assets.
• Develop Tender Event Schedules and Procurement Plans.
• Manage vendor selection, negotiation, and contract award.
• Implement best practices and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate procurement activities with clients and stakeholders.
• Engage local and international markets for vendor registration.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with policies.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Graduate degree required; post-graduate preferred.

Requirements

• Graduate degree (BSc, BA, LLB, or similar).
• 5 years of relevant experience in procurement.
• Familiarity with various forms of contracts.
• Prior experience in Saudi Arabia preferred.
• Knowledge of Airport / Airfield Assets projects preferred.
• Extensive knowledge in procurement function and industry practices.
• Skilled in prioritization and multi-tasking.
• Ability to influence and contribute positively.
