The Capture Manager/Principal Project Manager role involves managing transportation design and construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution while fostering client relationships.

Requirements

• Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Ohio required.

• Ability to travel nationally.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in proposal management and client engagement.
