Adversary Force / Red Force Team Member - Remote

Overview

Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Adversary Force Team Member to support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's FoF Program, focusing on the security of nuclear weapons and related incidents.

In Short

• Support exercises evaluating security procedures for nuclear weapons.
• Plan and conduct training events and exercises.
• Travel internationally to monitor and support events.
• Manage projects while meeting quality and schedule goals.
• Collaborate with diverse teams from military and civilian backgrounds.
• Demonstrated experience in tactical engagements required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
• Ability to obtain a US Passport for travel.
• Top Secret SCI clearance needed.
• Knowledge of Tactical Radio Communications Systems preferred.

Requirements

• Experience in leading small unit tactical engagements.
• Project management experience.
• Military, civilian, or contractor leadership experience.
• Ability to travel unaccompanied to various locations.
• Experience in multi-agency/multi-national training events preferred.
• Knowledge in training needs assessments is a plus.
