Overview

The Infrastructure Domain Architect for the hosting domain will bridge enterprise strategy with the implementation of infrastructure services, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and IT security standards.

• Responsible for defining domain-specific Target Architecture and roadmaps.
• Translate enterprise-wide architecture principles into hosting domain-specific architectures.
• Evaluate domain-specific technologies and operational processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Infrastructure Solution Architects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and IT security principles.
• Collaborate with cross-domain teams for consistency and efficiency.
• Create and maintain domain-level architecture and capability roadmap.
• Contribute to domain-specific strategies as part of the VIT EA Function.
• Facilitate cross-domain collaboration.
• Act as the architectural SME for the hosting domain.

Requirements

• Several years of IT practice in a datacenter environment.
• Experience in Infrastructure Solution Architecture.
• Solid understanding of IT Security and industry standards.
• Experience with ITIL processes and project management methods.
• Understanding of architectural modeling.
• Experience with VMware and virtualization technologies.
• Understanding of architectural frameworks like TOGAF.
• Preferred experience in the hosting domain as an SME.
