Product Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Product Manager at Vantaca, you will be at the center of our product development efforts, ensuring that we deliver high-impact features that meet the needs of our community management users. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, QA, technical documentation and business stakeholders to build and enhance our platform. This role requires a customer-centric mind-set, ability to synthesize and act on new learnings quickly and a proven track record of successful execution. You will be responsible for ensuring our product investments achieve positive business and customer outcomes.

• Document detailed requirements 
• Ensure user stories meet "Ready" criteria 
• Support product strategy while formulating roadmap for domain 
• Identify opportunities for product improvement within product domain 
• Engage with stakeholders to maintain alignment on product strategy and roadmap priorities
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to understand market needs
• Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams
• Define, measure and track success metrics
• Prioritize and maintain a backlog
• Develop and maintain product artifacts

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in Fintech
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements
