M&A Integration Manager - Transformation - Remote

Overview

Aspire Software, a Valsoft Company, is seeking an exceptional business transformation leader to join a growing portfolio of software businesses as an M&A Integration Manager – Transformation. The M&A Integration Manager will work closely with the executive team as an effective project manager to drive collaboration across cross-functional stakeholders to quickly deliver on shareholder value.

In Short

• Lead post-close integration efforts across core functions.
• Develop integration roadmaps with clear milestones and KPIs.
• Support acquired businesses in aligning to shared systems.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to pre-close diligence efforts.
• Develop and execute change management strategies.
• Maintain and evolve integration methods and tools.
• Communicate integration status to executive sponsors.
• Facilitate post-integration reviews.
• Travel required, domestic and international – up to 30%.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor’s degree is essential; an MBA is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in M&A integration or project management.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional programs.
• Experience in SaaS or technology companies preferred.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.
• Excellent communication skills; confident presenting to executives.
• Familiarity with integration frameworks and change management.
• Hands-on attitude with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
