• Manage payroll in Personio and related tasks
• Support digital applicant management as part of the HR team
• Handle correspondence, including contracts and certificates
• Act as a point of contact for employees and advise managers on HR matters
• Ensure compliance with legal and collective bargaining regulations
• Maintain master data in Personio

Requirements

• Competent knowledge for the tasks mentioned
• Detail-oriented with strong concentration skills
• Experience in HR or applicant management
• Resilient and organized with a quick understanding and independent working style
• Reliable with a friendly demeanor
• Good communication skills and proficient in German, both written and spoken
• Structured, careful, and independent work style with a strong customer and service orientation
