Overview

This position is for a Commercial Employee (m/f/d) who will work with data management and customer inquiries in the energy sector.

In Short

• Prepare billing data in compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
• Maintain the contract database, entering new contracts and updating existing data.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and contracts both verbally and in writing.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and billing service providers.
• Support the digitization and automation of processes.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training.
• Experience in the energy sector is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of the energy industry is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent German language skills.
• Attention to detail, structured work approach, teamwork, and communication skills.
