Motion Designer (Marketing) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Designer. Your creativity will have a direct impact on millions of users worldwide. In this role, you won’t get stuck in endless approval chains, instead, you will move fast, experiment boldly, and see your ideas directly shaping campaign results. In Short

• Develop digital creatives for advertising across various platforms
• Research and analyze competitor creatives and trends
• Prepare moodboards for idea briefs
• Continuously improve processes and expand the creative toolkit
• Grow in design and marketing creativity
• Proactively suggest new formats and visual solutions

Requirements

• 1–2 years in digital design, preferably within a performance/marketing team
• Confident proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Figma, CapCut, Photoshop/Illustrator, and AI tools
• Strong knowledge of composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to analyze market and competitors
• Experience with social media creatives
• AI Skills & Tools: MidJourney and other generative tools
• English: B2 level or higher
• Flexibility and aspiration for excellence
