Overview

Our design office is looking for dynamic and experienced Design Engineers to support ongoing design development of several luxury projects worldwide focusing on boutique hospitality assets.

In Short

• Design engineering systems for luxury villas and boutique hotels.
• Collaborate closely with architects and interior designers.
• Timely resolve technical issues during the design phase.
• Lead the development of detailed drawings and technical documentation.
• Perform load calculations and energy modeling.
• Oversee equipment selection for projects.
• Participate in value engineering discussions.
• Stay updated on HVAC technologies and regulations.
• Work independently and coordinate with the design team.
• Participate in daily team meetings and coordination calls.

Requirements

• A degree in engineering or engineering management.
• Concentration in electrical or mechanical systems.
• 5 to 10 years of engineering design experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Punctual, detail-oriented, and self-organized.
• Motivated to deliver quality results.
