Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for developing fluid systems and collaborating with multi-disciplined teams to deliver system design.

• Develop 2D CAD drawings and process flow diagrams.
• Prepare 3D CAD/BIM models and plant layouts.
• Perform layout optimisation engineering.
• Participate in design reviews and technical meetings.
• Ensure compliance with design safety factors and standards.

• Maintain records of design processes.

Requirements

• Experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer or similar role.
• Ability to work within an engineering team.
• Familiarity with 2D CAD systems (AutoCAD).
• Familiarity with 3D CAD/BIM systems (Revit, Solidworks, etc.).
• Professional qualification in engineering.
• SC Clearance or ability to achieve it.
