CGI Designer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated CGI Designer to join our Design team within the real estate development business and work on signature hospitality projects.

In Short

• Produce 3D-models and Visualisations that display the design intent.
• Work mostly on Concept Stage designs.
• Collaborate with the Design Director and teams of exterior and interior designers.
• Present concept ideas confidently to clients.
• Create bespoke materials and textures in 3D Max and Corona render.
• Model or source 3D FF&E based on designer selections.
• Model bespoke furniture from sketches or image references.
• Provide fast sketch renders for internal review.
• Work in a team in an agile environment.
• Utilize project management software like Jira.

Requirements

• Highly experienced in CGI design.
• Self-led and motivated.
• Confident in presenting ideas.
• Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• Experience with project management tools.
