Utility Data Entry Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Utility Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for reviewing large volumes of addresses and accurately identifying and adding the corresponding utility providers for internet, electricity, water, gas, and trash services.

• Review and process thousands of addresses to identify corresponding utility providers.

• Verify the accuracy of data entered and correct any discrepancies.
• Conduct online research to find and confirm utility provider information when necessary.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Generate and update reports as required.
• Willingness to make phone calls to providers to ensure accuracy for provider.

Requirements

• Proficiency with data entry.
• Familiarity with various utility providers and their service areas.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work remotely from Mexico or a location within 2 hours of US Central Time Zone.
