Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Uscreen, you will be an integral part of our Sales Team, partnering closely with Account Executives and Growth & Revenue Operations teams to generate new sales leads and build relationships with early-stage prospects.

In Short

  • Generate new potential sales leads and build relationships by nurturing early-stage prospects
  • Contact, qualify, demo, & escalate prospects through our sales funnel
  • Prospect creators, founders, & CEOs who meet our criteria as potential successful Uscreen customers
  • Uncover business needs to recommend Uscreen as a solution
  • Leverage and learn competitor knowledge to successfully drive impact in our sales pipeline
  • Ability to hit and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage with Account Executives for next steps
  • Work collaboratively with our marketing and growth teams to execute and support campaigns

Requirements

  • 1+ years of SDR experience required (B2B SaaS experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent prospecting, phone, sales, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated interest in the SaaS, online video, and influencer industries
  • High sense of urgency and ability to be flexible given the situation
  • Willing to work as a team and put the team first
  • Growth mindset and a positive attitude
