Overview

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team, servicing the Malaysia-based Distributors and customers. The successful candidate will have a strong command of the company's customer service policies and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

In Short

  • Assist customers in processing orders, applications, and registrations.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
  • Handle inbound call center and walk-in customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Perform other duties pertaining to the job requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • MANDARIN speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience preferred.
  • Available for remote work exclusively on alternate Saturdays.

Requirements

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer knowledge and working knowledge of order entry system.

Benefits

  • 5 working days (Monday to Fridays), 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
  • Will be based in USANA Malaysia office situated in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur.
