Overview

The Regulatory Affairs Specialist at 3M is responsible for leading regulatory compliance and sustainability requirements for automotive aftermarket products, ensuring safety and compliance with various regulations.

  • Seven years of product regulatory experience required.
  • Proficiency in OSHA, REACH, and EPA requirements.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills needed.
  • Hybrid work environment with required travel to the 3M Center.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Seven years of product regulatory and/or compliance experience.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Five years of hardgoods engineering or regulatory compliance experience preferred.
  • Experience with CE, EU RoHS, and other compliance regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Current Driver’s License required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically/internationally.
