Overview

The Customer Service Representative supports customers and Territory Managers by providing assistance with hotel supply orders, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

In Short

  • Answer incoming calls and emails from Territory Managers.
  • Process orders, invoices, credits/returns, and respond to inquiries.
  • Research and provide information on delivery issues and order status.
  • Resolve customer order problems and discrepancies.
  • Participate in training programs regularly.
  • Maintain communication with internal departments for order updates.
  • Utilize MS Office for documentation and communication.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Maintain attention to detail for accuracy in order processing.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • 2 years of Customer Service experience.
  • Knowledge of shipping procedures and inventory control.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Windows and Office applications.
  • Call Center experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training.
