Overview

The Junior Ad Operations Specialist (Broadcast) will support advertising operations within the Employer Brand team, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns while managing multiple advertising assets.

In Short

• Oversee versioning, tracking, and record-keeping for advertising assets.
• Support production and strategic deployment of advertising assets.
• Maintain a well-organized system for managing creative files.
• Serve as the point person for trafficking new advertising assets.
• Lead clearance reviews and legal approvals for asset deployment.
• Monitor and optimize advertising asset rotation throughout campaigns.
• Work with the Creative team to ensure assets meet specifications.
• Manage vendor onboarding and financial workflows for production.
• Track procurement and invoicing processes for compliance.
• Communicate with finance and procurement teams regarding timelines.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in advertising operations or brand management.
• Strong understanding of advertising trafficking and asset management.
• Highly organized with project management skills.
• Experience with media agencies or creative vendors is a plus.
• Familiarity with advertising performance tracking.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and workflow management tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
